BRAIDED TWISTED UPSTYLE

No boring bun here! This braided bun hairstyle is perfect for bridesmaid inspiration or anytime you want to up your bun game with a beautiful, style you can easily DIY!
Prep: Apply Twice As Thick Thickening Cream to wet hair and round brush. Curl pieces to add in texture.
Step 1: Back comb top in 4 sections using Style Stay Firm Hold Hairspray and secure in a low pony. Leaving out 3" sections on each side.
Step 2: Pull one side back looping around the pony and secure with bobby pins.
Step 3: Braid the other side only pulling in hair from the bottom into the french braid. Bobby pin around the pony. Then stretch the braid to make it look fuller and wider.
Step 4: Separate the pony into two pieces and twist each part in your fingertips, tugging loosely to widen the twist. Circle into a bun, secure and spray with Style Stay Firm Hold Hairspray
HALF UP TOP KNOT
Step 1: Start by securing a pony around the crown area. For added volume, tease entire section before securing and spray with Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray.
Step 2: Next, Split the pony into two sections and depending on hair length, create 3-4 knots. Secure the remaining hair by wrapping it around the knot.
Step 3: Finish by spraying Flex Reflect Lightweight Glossing Hairspray all over for shine with a lightweight hold. It will also help keep frizz at bay.
BONUS: To keep our models curls hydrated and defined we applied Curls & Kisses Curl Cream to her clean, damp hair. She then did a combo of air-drying & diffusing.

Step 1: Start by spraying Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray all over hair for grip while styling. Then section into 2 parts - top half & bottom half.
Step 2: Flip the top half forward to access the bottom half. Tease the bottom half with Fave Teasing Brush shaping it into a bun. After wrapping the bun pin to secure.
Step 3: Next, flip top part back and curl using a 1-1.5” curling iron or wand. As you curl spray each piece with Texture Takeover and tease at the root with the Fave Teasing Brush to create incredible texture and volume.
Step 4: Finish by pulling the curls out with your fingers and place them over the bun molding the shape. Pin to secure.

PREP: Spray all over with Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray.
Step 1: Start by tying hair back into a low ponytail, leaving the hair in front of the ears out on each side.
Step 2: Using hair pins- begin to tuck ponytail under about halfway down in sections create a full half bun.
Step 3: Once all hair is tucked, grab one side of the hair left out and twist inward all the way until you can secure with a pin near the elastic.
Step 4: Repeat this step on the opposite side.
Step 5: Finish off with Flex Reflect Lightweight Glossing Hairspray to ensure this style holds all day long!
Double Braided Top Knot
This impressive and easy, double-braided Top Knot is top notch for a 'I'm in a hurry, bu still need to look great!" look! Works great on all hair lengths. Hair by our friends @grandslamglam
Step 1: Start by sectioning off the top half of hair and spray all over with Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray for braiding grip. Next, part section directly down the center.
Step 2: Now begin to Dutch braid each section to the crown and secure with an elastic. Stretch out the braid by pulling at either side.
Step 3: Gather the ends of both braids together, and tie into a ponytail at the crown.
Step 4: Take the ponytail, plus some hair from the crown area, and make a knot out of it, secure with bobby pins.
Step 5: Finish by spraying the braids & top knot with Style Stay Firm Hold Hairspray then use Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray the rest of your hair.
Double Space Buns

Step1: Start by prepping roots with Dirty to Flirty Dry Shampoo to absorb oil and refresh hair. Spray in, wait 30 seconds, then brush through.
Step 2: Then create two high pigtails using the front half of your hair to around your mid crown area and secure with elastics.
Step 3: Next spray Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray throughout each pigtail and back comb, with the fave Teasing Brush, to add texture & grip.
Step 4: Then twist each pigtail loosely, then spiral around into a bun and secure with bobby pins. For a more textured look, if you have thick hair, loosely braid each ponytail and wrap to create each bun!
Step 5: Next spritz your remaining hair left down with Dearly Detangled Silicone-free Leave-In Conditioner to re-hydrate dry ends.

DOUBLE BRAIDED TOP KNOT

Step 1: Start by prepping hair with Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray for braiding grip & bulk.
Step 2: Next, secure in a high pony and split into two creating double braids.
Step 3: For long, thick hair wrap both braids (one at a time) around the front and pin in the back. If you have shorter or thinner hair wrap the braids in different direction to create a fatter bun.
UPSIDE DOWN BRAIDED BUN

COLOR POP TOP KNOT
Step 1: Wet top section of hair that you plan to pull into the knot.
Step 2: Separate into three sections. Use three different hair chalk colors and tint each section a different color.
BONUS: Monochromatic colors are really fun because you can decide how light or dark you want to color the strands.
Step 3: Blow dry hair until completely dry.
Step 4: Separate the hair again into three different colored strands and braid them.
Step 5: Spray with Texture Takeover Oomph Enhancing Texturizing Hairspray and pull apart to widen the braid.
Step 6: Twirl the braid on top of head making a top knot.
